One Citygate already had a strong design vision.

TP Bennett had developed a bold concept and clear creative direction for the space. Our role was to resolve the detail behind that vision, ensuring it could be fabricated, coordinated and installed without compromising the original intent.

Working from the existing design package, we developed the scheme into a detailed set of production and installation drawings, resolving the original design intent into something technically considered, coordinated and fully deliverable.

That required a detailed understanding of how materials behave, how elements are fabricated and how environments are assembled on site. Working closely with the client team, architects, contractors and production partners, we refined specifications, coordinated technical information and aligned production across the project.

Every decision was viewed through the lens of real-world delivery. Materials, finishes, tolerances and installation sequencing all needed to align with the original vision while remaining achievable on site. The focus throughout was on maintaining quality from drawing through to installation.

This level of coordination extended across the entire environment. Signage, graphics and branded elements were developed into detailed technical packages, ensuring every component integrated cleanly with the architecture and wider interior scheme.

On site, we oversaw installation to ensure the final result reflected the intent of the original design. From production checks to final sign-off, the emphasis was on precision, alignment and quality control at every stage.

The result is an environment that feels considered and seamless because the complexity behind it has been carefully resolved. The original concept remains intact, translated into a built experience with the same level of clarity and attention to detail that defined it at concept stage.

More than anything, the project demonstrates the importance of delivery within environmental branding. Strong ideas only succeed when they are understood technically and carried through with precision.
