Leeds-based agency4D has appointed Pete Hall-Jones to its Advisory Board, as the business continues to develop its work across brand strategy, culture and growth.

Pete’s appointment comes at a point where agency4D is looking more closely at what brand really means for organisations. It is rarely just about marketing. More often, it shows up in behaviour, values and the everyday experience people have with a business.

Pete brings extensive experience as a transformational coach, consultant and keynote speaker. His work focuses on helping business leaders, teams and organisations think differently, understand their potential and create the conditions for stronger performance.

For agency4D, that thinking matters. Its work spans communications, campaigns, websites, publications, branded environments and experiences, but the focus is on helping organisations close the gap between what they say, how they behave and what people actually experience.

Pete’s background in coaching and organisational development adds useful depth as agency4D continues to support clients with brand, culture and growth.
